Privacy Policy

1. Information stored on your device
Lists, favorites, preferences, history and other app settings are stored locally on your device. This local content is not uploaded to a Random Picker account or developer-operated cloud service.
2. Advertising
The free version of Random Picker uses Google AdMob to display banner and interstitial advertisements. Depending on your region, device settings and consent choices, Google Mobile Ads may process information such as device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, advertising data, product-interaction data, crash data and performance data.
3. Advertising consent and privacy choices
Where required, Random Picker uses Google User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent before ads are requested. When Google requires a privacy-options entry, you can reopen it from Random Picker Settings and change or revoke your advertising privacy choices. You can also use applicable iOS privacy controls on your device.
4. In-App Purchases
Random Picker Pro is offered as a non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple’s App Store. Payment processing and purchase history are handled by Apple. Random Picker does not receive your full payment-card information.
5. Accounts and user content
Random Picker does not require registration or a user account. The app does not provide public user-generated content, messaging or social-network features.
6. Data sharing and third-party protection
Random Picker does not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by service providers such as Google AdMob and Apple only for functions such as advertising, purchases, diagnostics and platform services. We require third-party service providers that receive data from the app to protect that data with the same or equivalent level of protection required by applicable law, their contractual obligations and the privacy commitments described here.
7. Retention and deletion
Local app data remains on your device until you delete individual content, clear available history, reset app data where applicable, or delete the app. Advertising, transaction and diagnostic information processed by Google or Apple is retained according to those providers’ applicable policies and legal obligations. If you contact support by email, we retain the correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain support records, comply with law or protect against abuse.
8. Your choices and deletion requests
You can delete local app content from within the app where controls are provided, or remove all locally stored app data by deleting Random Picker from your device. Where advertising privacy choices are available, use Settings → Privacy choices to review or change them. For privacy questions or requests concerning support information you previously sent to us, including a request to delete that information where applicable, contact xinnuotec@163.com.
9. Children
Random Picker is a general-purpose utility and entertainment app. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account system.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, legal requirements or third-party services change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
